Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in Leadership Fayetteville, a signature program of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber designed to develop informed, connected, and engaged community leaders.

Before applying, please confirm that your employer is an active member of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber. Employer membership is required for participation. 

Application Requirements

• Complete all sections of the application thoroughly and accurately.
• Provide detailed information relevant to your professional background, leadership experience, and community involvement.
• Submit your completed application no later than May 30, 2026.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Program Commitment

Leadership Fayetteville requires a serious time commitment:

• Mandatory full-day class sessions once per month, September 2026 through May 2027.
• Participation in one additional activity each month aligned with the session theme.
• Commitment to attend all sessions. Two absences may result in not graduating from the program.

Participants are selected to reflect a diverse cross-section of the community, including individuals representing various industries, backgrounds, and perspectives. Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate a sincere commitment to leadership, community service, and continued engagement after graduation.

Notification & Tuition

Selected participants will be notified no later than June 30, 2026.

Tuition is $950, due upon acceptance, and covers meals, transportation, administrative, and program-related costs. Limited partial tuition assistance may be available through the LF Class of 2025 Foundation.
