Join Spread the Word NC for our Second Annual Sow2Grow Back-to-School Bookbag Giveaway on Saturday, August 8, 2026! This free community event is dedicated to equipping students and supporting families as they prepare for the new school year. Children will receive free backpacks filled with school supplies (while supplies last), and families can enjoy food, games, giveaways, and fun activities for all ages. We invite the entire community to come out and celebrate with us! Businesses, churches, organizations, and individuals who would like to partner with us are welcome to make a monetary donation to help make this event a success. Your generosity directly impacts local students and families by helping provide backpacks, school supplies, and other essential resources that prepare children for a successful school year. Whether you attend the event, or make a donation, your support helps us invest in the future of our youth and strengthen our community.
